I like to walk my talk, which is why, over the last 15 years, I’ve:
- Achieved my Masters in Gender Dynamics from the University of Oxford
- Gained multiple certifications, including my International Coaching Federation ACC, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems practitioner (IFS).
- Created my own ultimate marriage after calling off my first engagement, and doing the inner work to clear out my unconscious blocks to receiving healthy love and becoming securely attached
- Helped transform the lives of hundreds of clients, taking them from feeling lonely, unsupported, and disconnected, to being Successfully in Love®
- Invested over $100,000 into my own personal and professional development
- Worked as a regional Vice President for a global Behavioral Science consultancy
